We booked Doug for our wedding, not only did he never end up doing our engagement pictures beforehand he didn't show up to our wedding. He sent his 'business partner' Nick who was late and completely rude from the second I asked who he was! He refused to listen to us,didn't take the photos we wanted, was rude and mocked us all day. Before he left he told us off.
I phoned Doug the next day and he insisted the pictures would be good and not to worry. After weeks of him saying the my photos would be ready tomorrow and never were. I went to pick them up. Doug was trying to get the rest of our money but we refused telling him when we see the pictures and get the rest of the products (albums, pictures, thank you cards, etc) he could have the rest of the money.
We took one look at the pictures and could tell why he wanted his money. They are HORRIBLE! The quality is very poor (grainy, etc) and the shots are at awkward angles, heads partially cut off, etc.
An amatuer could have taken better pictures!
